If you're looking for a refund or exchange on an item you've bought, we're here to help as best we can! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If it has passed 30 days since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in 'As New' condition. 'As New' condition is regarded to be an item with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of Radiant Designs Jewellery.
For hygienic reasons we will be not be able to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any of our earrings.
Custom orders and pieces of jewellery hand-made to customer specification are not eligible for the 30 Day Change of Mind Policy.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
